Refund Policy/Terms of Service
Scope of Services:
Strelzik Veterinary Services is an independent consulting and concierge business that provides guidance, coordination, research, and documentation support related to international and interstate pet travel. We assist pet owners and veterinary clinics with understanding travel requirements, timelines, and paperwork workflows.
Strelzik Veterinary Services is not a veterinary practice, does not provide medical advice, does not perform examinations, does not administer vaccines or treatments, and does not make medical determinations. All medical services, examinations, and certifications must be performed by a licensed veterinarian, including a USDA-accredited veterinarian when required.
Regulatory Compliance:
Our services are performed in accordance with applicable state regulations, destination-country import requirements, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) export guidelines as they exist at the time services are provided.
Pet travel requirements are determined by third parties, including but not limited to destination countries, transit countries, airlines, and government authorities. These requirements may change at any time without notice. Strelzik Veterinary Services is not responsible or liable for changes in regulations, interpretation of rules by authorities, or new requirements imposed after work has begun or documents have been prepared.
No Affiliation:
Strelzik Veterinary Services is not affiliated with and does not represent any veterinary clinic, veterinarian, airline, government agency, embassy, or regulatory authority, including the USDA or APHIS.
Veterinary Clinics and Support Staff:
When working alongside veterinary clinics, our role is limited to the scope of services specifically requested. Strelzik Veterinary Services is not responsible or liable for actions, omissions, delays, errors, or misunderstandings by veterinary clinics, veterinarians, or veterinary support staff, including administrative or technical staff, unless we are explicitly engaged in writing to assist with a specific task.
Travel, Airlines, and Third-Party Services
Strelzik Veterinary Services does not book flights, guarantee airline acceptance, control cargo handling, or manage accommodations, hotels, ground transportation, or travel itineraries.
We are not liable for:
-
Missed, delayed, or canceled flights
-
Airline denials or changes in airline pet policies
-
Quarantine decisions, customs actions, or border delays
-
Missed connections, lodging issues, or vacation disruptions
-
Losses, costs, or damages related to travel, relocation, or itinerary changes
All travel arrangements and decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Fees and Refund Policy
Fees charged by Strelzik Veterinary Services are for consulting, coordination, research, and documentation support time only.
Our fees:
-
Do not include veterinary examinations, medical services, vaccinations, testing, permits, government endorsement fees, shipping, courier services, airline fees, or any third-party costs.
-
Are earned upon initiation of services and are non-refundable, including but not limited to situations involving travel delays, cancellations, regulatory changes, airline decisions, or third-party actions.
Because our services involve time-based professional work and research that begins immediately upon engagement, no refunds are provided once work has commenced, regardless of travel outcome.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strelzik Veterinary Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to pet travel, documentation outcomes, regulatory decisions, airline actions, veterinary services, or third-party involvement.
By engaging Strelzik Veterinary Services, clients acknowledge and accept that pet travel involves inherent risks and variable regulatory environments beyond our control.
